The fabrics from left to right will be drapes, sofa, pillows, upholstered roll arm chair.
Originally, we were looking at Annie Selke's scramble fabric for the roll arm chair, but couldn't find the perfect color. As an alternative, we found (and love) the John Robshaw Prasana fabric because it resembles the curves of Annie Selke's scramble fabric but also has a touch of red. If you remember, my friend's dining room has red walls so this will tie in nicely.
To refresh your memory here are the furniture pieces that will find a new home in her living room:
Sofa:
Roll Arm:
Wing Back Chair and Accent table:
{Ignore pillow, rug and paint sample on wall}
Now imagine these pieces upholstered in the fabrics above (obviously, not the leather wing back chair). It's all very exciting and I can't wait to see it all finally come together. To say I am living vicariously through my friend is an understatement!
It is all STUNNING Fran. She is beyond lucky to have your help. I'd live with 100% of these choices any day! :) They could all just go right into my living room, thank you very much.
ReplyDeleteI'm such a sucker for that English roll arm. And hooray for fabric decisions - they look great!
ReplyDeleteGreat choices! I hope you share images of the custom upholstery and the room all put together.
ReplyDeleteLove them all! Great job. What is the leaf fabric on the left please? Thx!

Great choices, Fran. I actually prefer the John Robshaw over the scramble - love the red and the larger scale. Hope we get to see it all done!

Beautiful selections, Fran! I especially love the John Robshaw fabric - so pretty with a little bohemian element. Can't wait to see it as it unfolds!!
ReplyDeleteNice job selecting the material. I really hope you keep us updated!
ReplyDeleteLove the sofa and the roll arm chair. Can you share who the manufacturers are? I NEED them both in my life!
ReplyDeleteHi, I love the leather wing chair. I am looking for something similar, something that has very traditional lines but still with a modern flair. Can you share the manufacturer of this chair? Thank you. I do so enjoy your blog.
