Inspiration: Living Room

Recently, a blogger friend (Patricia from PVE Design) surprised me with some beautiful botanical prints (she painted) for my birthday.

They are so incredibly beautiful in person.  They incorporate my favorite colors of green and blue.  I love that they are so ethereal and subdued.  Ultimately, I envision framing them in PB's oversized gilt frame.

I think the modern frame will complement the more traditional print.  I found this image below of botanicals framed in oversized frames and I love it!!  I can't wait to get mine framed.

I want a special place to hang these where I can view them all the time.  Don't you love when there is a story behind the things you love!

I was so inspired by these prints that Patricia painted, that I designed my dream living room around them.
