My Fall Decor

I have been trying to find some time here and there to incorporate some fall decor into our home.  I found some lovely gourds at the farmers market this past weekend and placed them in a decorative bowl.  
I love my new zig zag pillow as well - such a bright pop of yellow against our blue (boring) sofa.  I also changed up my mantle by using things I already had - I changed my candlesticks and candles.  The candles are a little too 'theme-y' for me, but it is currently what I have.  They'll do for now.  
Well, that is it for now.  I'm off to tend to my son who is sick; I was up practically the entire night w/him.  I hate seeing my little one in such rough shape.....

    3) I'm sorry your kiddo is sick. That's the worst: when you can't fix it and they are miserable.

    Hope your son gets better soon! I just wrote about fall decor--and I haven't done much in my house either. A hurricane full of pinecones and my tortoiseshell votive holder is about as far as I've gotten. Your yellow pillow is lovely.

    I've done just a bit of fall decorating (including a paper-leaf wreath I made), but other than that I am waiting until this weekend to stock up on pumpkins and gourds. Your home looks lovely!

    The yellow pillow looks great in your living room and I love the wall color. Have you told us what color that is?

    I'm so sorry to hear about your son, but I sort of miss those days when my boys were a little under the weather and all snuggly and clingy. Hope he feels better.
