Every Mother's Dream...

When we move back to Connecticut, I am dead set on installing a sunken trampoline in our backyard!  Seriously, think about it - kids get great exercise, get exhausted and have endless fun!!

You don't have to bring them to a playground, bounce house, etc.  And, I am assuming if it is sunken, it'll be safer than a normal trampoline high off the ground.

Now, I just need to convince my husband! :)

Anyone have one?  Thoughts?

  1. I was just telling my husband that I want to put one of these in our yard one day! I love trampolines but the above ground ones are so ugly. This is the perfect solution and the kids would love it!

  3. My best friend had one of these growing up. We had a blast on it!! I do think they're safer than the ones high off the ground. The only time I remember anything negative was her older brother, who was a bit heavy, jumped too high and ended up hitting the ground below because the trampoline stretch so far. He wasn't hurt though.....as kids we all thought it was hilarious. So just make sure it's dug out plenty deep enough :)

  4. I don't even have kids and I'd DIE to have one! I saw on "Dr. Oz" (ugh, I know) that 10 minutes of jumping on a trampoline is equivalent to 30 minutes on the treadmill--don't mind if I do!

  6. I am all for anything that involves kids wearing themselves out!
And after what Ashley just wrote, I think that's all the more reason to get one. Filing this idea away now. Hope the convincing is easy.

  7. This is the coolest thing I have ever seen! Had no idea this existed. So much better than having the kiddos bounce over side.
